Ans: Our body maintains the temperature at about 370C. In summer, the higher temperature of the air raises the temperature of our skin. To reduce this temperature the skin produces sweat. The evaporation of sweat helps lower the skin temperature. As the body loses water due to sweating, we feel thirsty. That is why we drink more water in summer.
